Our terms and services are designed to ensure a safe and effective fitness experience. All clients must complete a health check prior to beginning any fitness training program. An agreement form must be signed by both the client and the fitness professional in order to begin any private training services. Cancellation policies must also be agreed upon prior to beginning any services. All terms and services must be adhered to in order for the fitness program to be successful. We take the safety and well-being of our clients very seriously and strive to provide the best experience possible.

PAR-Q+ Health check

​

We have a par-q+ health check form that needs to be signed before any physical activity with an Aim Above Average Private Training. This form is designed to help us understand your health and fitness level before participating in any physical activity. The form asks questions about your current health, health history, and any medications you may be taking. We take your health and safety very seriously, and this form helps us ensure that you are fit to exercise safely.

Cancelation policy

Our fitness sessions require a 24 hour prior-given notice for any cancelations. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the client is still responsible for the full payment of the session. Late cancelations will not be refunded. Please note that all cancelations must be made via telephone or email. We reserve the right to refuse service for any cancelations made outside of the 24 hour prior-given notice policy.

Booking a session with Aim Above Average couldn't be easier. Through the Vagaro app, you can book a private training session. Our trainers are highly experienced and can provide a personalized workout plan tailored to you and your goals. Simply select the date and time of your session, and we will be ready to help you reach your fitness goals. With our easy-to-use app, you can book your session quickly and conveniently.
