PRIVATE TRAINING
Private training is meticulously tailored to meet each woman's unique needs, fitness level, goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Our approach emphasizes strength training and pain-free movement, fostering a holistic sense of well-being.
Each month, we focus on enhancing both physical and mental wellness, addressing areas such as imbalances, self-limiting beliefs, lifestyle choices, and optimal recovery.
In addition to personalized training sessions, clients receive two 30-minute coaching sessions per month, along with physical assessments, to ensure continued progress and achieve sustainable, transformative results.
This is wellness designed for the woman who values both her body and mind, and seeks a refined approach to lasting vitality.
